A Little Holiday Jam Session at the Burlington Violin Shop
Saturday, December 9th with Cocoa and Cookies. Free!
Bring your whole family to jam on fiddle tunes and any holiday tunes that participants would enjoy.
Open to all instruments. We'll be playing mostly in the keys of D, G, C, and A
and the level will be beginning to intermediate.

Woodbury Strings Fiddle Club performs at the Vermont Community Garden Network Harvest Party on October 1, 2017.
Calling all performers! Sign up to play a solo, duo, or group tune or several sets of tunes to support the Woodbury Strings Scholarship Fund! Any age beginner to professional are welcome to perform. This will be a rain or shine event. Tent provided by the Burlington Violin Shop. All performers will be given a Ben and Jerry's coupon. Contact Sarah Hotchkiss for more information.

Woodbury Strings will begin it's family contradance series on October 21st, 2016 at the Schoolhouse Learning Center in South Burlington.

Woodbury Strings Buskathon: Saturday August 20 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Free concert at the Burlington Violin Shop plus try out a fiddle! Fiddle and Banjo players of all ages will be performing to raise donations for the Woodbury Strings Scholarship Fund. Rain or Shine! Come any time during the event. SLOW JAM FRIDAY JULY 10 from 7 - 9 pm at the North End Studios, Studio B in Burlington
FREE FIDDLE INTRO CLASS FOR YOUTHS AND ADULTS July 15th
at the Burlington Violin Shop at 23 Church Street in Burlington
10:30 Youths (suggested 6 and up, younger children should be accompanied by an adult)11:30 Adults..No Experience Required. Preregistration is helpful but not required. Just come! No obligation to take lessons. This is a free trial and we hope you come just to have fun and see what it feels like to play a fiddle!
BUSKATHON and INSTRUMENT PETTING ZOO JULY 18 @ 11 - 2 pm
at the Burlington Violin Shop at 23 Church Street in Burlington
Free and open to the public. Musicians of all ages will be busking to raise funds for the Woodbury Strings Scholarship Fund. Want to participate? Anyone welcome to join the cause! Please preregister for a slot and ask any questions by contacting Sarah Hotchkiss.
